Quebec choreographer and Director of Le Fils d'Adrien dances, Harold Rheaume and I have just spend a very exciting and productive week together, creating the beginnings of a new work. We first collaborated in the 1990's on two dance films and had lost touch with each other, until being re-united in 2015 at the Cinedans festival in Quebec City, the city in which Harold is based. We received some seed money from the British Council QC/UK Connexions fund and The Work Room in Glasgow, where we spent the first three days of the time we had together here in Scotland in August 2017.
